Eiezer Langer (son of Hanoch) was born in Opatów in 1895, and was married to Hadasa (daughter of Nachum and Feiga) .He was trading in grain in Ostrowiec and surrounding area.

Eliezer was very involved in Zionist activities and a member of the Mizrachi Histradrut committee. He was for many years a member of the Jewish community committee, which he continued during the Ghetto. He was known for his public work for the Konin Jews that were transferred by force to Ostrowiec during the Holocaust, and his activities for them were mentioned in the article he wrote in the  Konin Yizkor book.

His wife and children Alter and Chaya Raizel died in the Holocaust. He and his son Chaim survived the war.

He passed away in 1964 in Israel.

Eliezer and his son Chaim submitted  testimonies in Polish and Yiddish to Yad Vashem .
