Meeting of Ostrowiec Survivor friends !
During the visit of Chaskiel Korenwasser (later known in France as Charles Corrin-also a survivor from Ostrowiec) to São Paulo, Brazil around 1965, he visited his Ostrowiec friends.
In above picture , he is seen at factory of Chil Magid Rosenberg. His Ostrowiec friend Chiale Kramer was also there. . Left to Right: Chaskiel Korenwasser (Charles Corrin), Chil Magid Rosenberg, Chiale Kramer
Explanation of photo: Hermann Goring Werke was the German name of the famous Zaklady Ostrowieckie Steel factory, where Ostrowiec survivors were slave laborers. Here the survivor friends, prepared a "fake" sign with title "H.G. Werke", in front of Chil Magid's factory . Also on the sign are the words "Obole E Zoide" . Zoide was Chiale Kramer's nickname.
