Jack Rapoport

Jack Rapoport was born in Ostrowiec on Dec 5, 1918, son of Moszek (Moshe) Rapoport and Miriam Rosenberg (who was aunt of Joseph Rosenberg).

His mother's family owned and operated a candy factory in pre-war Ostrowiec.

Jack's siblings were Hershel and Shmuel who died in the Holocuast and sister Devora/Dorothy who survived.

He appears in the Survivor's photo (#37) next to his sister Dorothy Stern nee Rapoport (#36).  He is also the cousin of Joseph Rosenberg (#21) and Gerald Rosenberg (#39).
