Hanoch Rosenman was the son of Berl and Priva Rosenman (and brother of Yumme, Jakob? Hadassah, Moshe, Sara Hinda) . He married Lea (Sankewitch) Rosenman and their children were Jakob/Yaacov, Chaya, Joseph/Joske , Luba, Ruszca,  and Bracha.

Hanoch's second wife was Karola (daughter of Leon and Pesla Finkelstein and sister of Sara, Toba, Moshe and Chaim) They had together a daughter Pela.

Before the war some of the Rosenman family left to Palestine and therefore saved from the Holocaust.

Below is what we know the fate of the children were:

Bracha- She was the only child that managed to leave to Palestine before the Holocaust.

Joseph/Joske -During the Holocaust, he was the well liked vice-chairman of the Judenrat , but he died from the Typhoid pandemic.

After the Holocaust;

Luba moved to Israel and married (?).

Ruszca came to Israel and married Zszich (Zeev) Wacholder.

Pela married Ostrowiec born Samuel  Weinwurzel.  In the Ghetto in 1942 and were reunited after the war in Munich Germany. They moved to New York in 1965 with their two children, Dov Henry (Hanoch) and Baruch Jacob. Henry lives in Israel since 1970 and Baruch in New York.

Hanoch Rosenman's  house is still standing but abandoned (in year 2023) on Ilzecka 31.

Hanoch's father Berl was a Gur Hassid Rabbi that moved to Palestine before the Holocaust.
